The following On-Site Support Packages will optimize your Windows Operating System

Single Service Support          $74.95 (up to three hours) + $15/hour thereafter
          Includes: Disk Defragmentation, Virus & Malware Scan/Removal, Check of Firewall Settings,
                    Windows Updates & Personalization, Event Viewer Check, Program Installation/Removal
          Covers two PCs, and free e-mail support for one week following service
                              Additional PCs can be serviced for $19.95 each

Basic Support                              $149.95 per year
          Covers two Service Support calls for up to three PCs each visit, two Emergency Support
                    and six E-Mail Support calls during the plan's term
                    Additional support discounted to $49.95 per call with no additional hourly charge
          Add Unlimited E-Mail Support for a discounted rate of $14.95 per year

Premium Support                    $299.95 per year
          Covers four Service Support calls for up to three PCs each visit, two Emergency Support
                    and nine E-Mail support calls during the plan's term
                    Additional support discounted to $39.95 per call with no additional hourly charge
          Add Unlimited E-Mail Support for a discounted rate of $9.95 per year
The above pricing covers on-site service for RMG Tech local areas (within a 15 mile radius of Morrisville, PA; 25 miles for Premium Package) For service outside of this area, an additional charge of 15¢ per mile will incur.
