For Emergency Service, or for Complete Service at a great price, the following packages have you covered
Emergency Service Support$79.95 (up to two hours) + $20/hour thereafter
Includes needed troubleshooting support - for hardware, software/Operating System, or networking for up to
three PCs and/or any related peripherals (printer, monitor, speakers, etc.)
Also includes one week of free e-mail support following service. E-mail Support Plans provide a $5-$15 discount
on the base service cost only.
Pricing covers on-site service for RMG Tech local areas (within a 15 mile radius of Morrisville, PA.
For service outside of theis area, an additional charge of 15¢ per mile will incur.
Basic Complete Support$335.95  per year (a savings of almost $40 over individual support)
Includes all benefits from both the Hardware and Software Basic Support Packages, plus:
Free Home Network evaluation, and a $25 discount on Network Configuration Package
Free Unlimited Quartly E-mail Support for your first three months of plan coverage each year
No additional milage charge for Non-local service
Phone Support for Emergency Service Calls

Premium Complete Support$659.95 per year (a savings of more than $100 over individual support)
Includes all benefits from both the Hardware ans Software Basic Support Packages, plus:
Free Home Network evaluation and a $50 discount on Network Configuration Package
Free Unlimited Annual E-mail Support
No additional milage charge for Non-local service
